I was stuck with my fitness goals and needed to try something new, so I started my 6-week ASEND challenge a week before Thanksgiving, CRAZY! I was so nervous but ready for the challenge and new workouts. They take incredibly care of all their clients and you find yourself wanting to go in and work as hard as you can. Nat and Tyson are great coaches as well as every staff member at REGYMEN. Today I made it official and became a member, definitely out of my comfort zone.

Being post military and busy with work, I wanted a gym that I could walk into and crush a high intensity, pre planned workout at the pace I want and need. This gym is perfect for everyone from the highest physical fitness, to beginners, and people of all ages. Tyson and his team will ensure you get the best possible workout based on what you need and want. I leave the gym every day sweating and thankful I worked out at REGYMEN!

Absolutely love the workouts at REGYMEN! I love that each day we focus on a specific area of the body (occasionally full-body workouts, too). Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall fitness, REGYMEN helps you achieve results. The dark environment brings me comfort as well. The coaches are incredibly supportive and motivating, always pushing you to do your best. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level!

Best place for a workout no matter what your fitness level is. The staff and trainers are all friendly and super helpful. As someone who has been to a lot of spin and workout studios, REGYMEN is my favorite and provides the best workout. You won’t find any other place that can incorporate treadmills, bikes, skiers and weights into a single class. I shoot for 4-5 classes a week and $200 for unlimited classes a month provides such great value and is a no brainer. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to raise your workout game this is the place to be.

I love REGYMEN. All I need to do is ensure I show up. REGYMEN has great equipments, amazing ambience and well designed workout routines. The coaches Tyson, Caitlin and Tommy are superb, they keep a close watch on you to ensure your form is correct and always available to answer any query related to fitness.
