As an adult, I’ve always struggled to prioritize diet and exercise, often feeling intimidated by the gym environment where I never quite felt I belonged. However, everything changed when I joined REGYMEN on July 4, 2024. Little did I know I’d be facing ‘holiday workouts’ right off the bat, but I persevered. My husband and daughter had been attending for a few months, and their commitment inspired me to join in, hoping to make fitness a natural part of our family lifestyle. I wanted to instill healthy habits in my daughter that I never learned myself. Initially, I committed to 2-3 days a week, but over time, that dedication blossomed into 5-6 days a week. I began to feel stronger and more energized, sleeping better and becoming overall more active, even before seeing significant physical changes. Witnessing the development of my muscles has been a motivating force. What I cherish most about REGYMEN is the supportive community, where both coaches and fellow members uplift one another. I love that it’s a space where my family can work out together, striving for better health and building lasting habits. Seeing my daughter give her all in a workout and watching my husband reclaim his health fuels my determination to keep showing up and giving my best!
