REGYMEN workouts are built with one purpose — to make you stronger, inside and out. Our structured programming blends strength training and conditioning to deliver results you can see, feel, and carry into everyday life. Every workout is designed with intent, so you keep progressing and performing at a higher level.

Our signature strength-based workout is designed to build lean muscle and overall power. With a focus on intentional movements and bursts of intensity, BUILD challenges you to lift heavier, move with purpose, and leave feeling accomplished and energized.

A fan-favorite, Burn combines high-intensity functional training with cardio and weights. This high-energy experience builds strength and improves endurance pushing your limits all while keeping you motivated and coming back for more.

Short on time? Blast is a 30-minute, high-energy workout combining treadmill intervals with kettlebells, dumbbells, and/or slam balls. This quick and intense full-body session is designed to torch calories and get you on with your day.
