Wanting to try something new, I joined REGYMEN in 2020 and have been loving every minute! Working shift work as a chemical operator for the past 11 years it can be tough to make time for my workouts. By REGYMEN offering so many options I can plan my schedule weeks in advance. I enjoy the BUILD and BURN workouts the most, and look forward to the competition with other members that keeps we motivated. I feel the group workouts hold me accountable. REGYMEN has a welcoming diverse crowd which helps everyone feel like one big family.
From growing up in the ring, fighting in the cage, to bodybuilding for 9 years I’ve done it all. Boxing was one of the best shapes I ever was in, I have to say REGYMEN is my favorite and where I am right now with my health and body I am proud to be a member of REGYMEN! I started REGYMEN Ascension in October of 2022, weighed in at 262 25% BF and just feeling like crap. In one year on a non strict diet, still eating little Debbie’s, going 4/5 days a week in one year I'm down in the 230’s and feelings fit and fab at 43! Nothing but great people from the staff pushing you to your limits to great NEW friends! A must try and join gym!
REGYMEN Fitness - Ascension is genuinely a Fitness family! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and motivated to push yourself to a new you! The coaches and staff are incredible! They get to know you, your goals, and your strengths, and they help keep you accountable every step of the way. The workouts are challenging yet fun, mixing cardio, strength boxing, and interval training so you never get bored.
My amazing friend, talked me into going to REGYMEN in June of 2023. I was terrified! I died on the first day! DEAD- BUT… I was hooked and joined the following Monday! I have never looked back! The coaches, the owners, the members! I couldn’t ask for a better gym! The music, the lights, the ENERGY!! I look forward to going my 4 days/week! Since Jan ‘23 I’ve lost 70 pounds and without REGYMEN, there is NO WAY my body would look the way it does! I have MUSCLES THAT ARE VISIBLE!!!
