Amy

Coach Amy is the head coach at REGYMEN Fitness, Macon Georgia. Amy has been a REGYMEN coach for 5 years. She was previously involved in CrossFit for ten years, including 5 years of coaching at CrossFit Tao. She is also a former marathon runner and very active in the Macon fitness community. Originally from Athens, Amy attended law school at Mercer and fell in love with Macon. She works as a Staff Attorney for the Superior Court of Georgia, Towaliga Circuit and just joined Adams ADR as a domestic mediator. She has two boys, one a Tattnall senior involved in track and a 6th grader involved in football and soccer at Stratford.
