I have been working in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years, and through that time I have developed a passion for ALL things movement related!

I previously trained and coached in a medically based fitness facility, and have experience working with clients pre/post operations and rehabilitation. I specialize in general fitness and strength training, balance, correctional exercises and mobility. I love working with people new to exercise, but can also help seasoned gym-goers by perfecting form and range of motion to make sure you get the most benefit out of every workout and avoid inquiries! I love helping my clients meet their goals by providing them with the necessary guidance and programming.
My philosophy is that exercise is a celebration of what our bodies can do, not a punishment. Fitness should be fun! I would love the opportunity to show you all the amazing things you are capable of!

Fun Fact

I love animals! My favorite are my two baby dogs, Jetta and Enzo.
