Steven Haynes brings a unique and diverse background to Regymen Fitness – Huntsville. Before moving to Huntsville, Alabama, Steven worked as one of the very first coaches and head coaches of a REGYMEN Fitness studio at REGYMEN Fitness – Niceville, in Niceville, Florida and has been with the brand for 10 years now! Steven has his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of West Florida. He also holds certifications in personal training, group training, myofascial release, nutrition coaching and CF-L1.
