Originally from Long Beach, CA he moved to Baton Rouge when he was 6 years-old, so yeah, he’s an LSU fan.
He wrestled in high school, but admittedly struggled, so he started lifting weights and that’s where his passion for health and fitness began. He later went on to coach at our studio in Baton Rouge for several years before joining our team here in Austin.
