Vanessa is a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM. She originally started out as a member at REGYMEN Fitness in 2018. She loved the workouts, atmosphere and community so much that she sought out a coaching position in 2019. Since then, she’s worked her way up to head coach, studio manager and as of late 2024, owner of REGYMEN Fitness Bluebonnet. It’s very obvious how much she loves her members by her interactions with everybody on a daily basis. She has quite the potty mouth. It’s not uncommon to hear her drop the “f” bomb, “b” word and “s” word, “finisher,” “burpees,” and “Sally” (iykyk). Coach V is known for her birthday penalties and catch phrases.
