As someone who was a collegiate dancer at Auburn, is a former barre instructor and active my entire life, I needed to find somewhere to challenge me, inspire me, and where I can walk away feeling stronger and healthier every day. I thrive in environments of discipline, structure, encouragement, growth, accountability, and reliability and I have confidently found that in REGYMEN!! This priceless community is intentional and has helped me through so many seasons of life, and I’ll forever be grateful for REGYMEN!!

I started my fitness journey later in life after retiring early at 54. The last 3 years I have maintained an average step count of over 19,000 per day. My fitness motivation is if I gain a few extra minutes of good quality life.

I needed help with variety in the gym since I tend to do the same thing over and over again. I use REGYMEN to make me stronger for all the outdoor activities I love to participate in, from running, cycling, climbing and more. I love that I can show up and know that I can push myself on workouts and see the improvement outside the gym.

It’s always a little scary to try new things but the coaches at REGYMEN were very friendly and made me feel right at home. Even though I worked out regularly, I still had a long way to go in terms of weight management, cardiovascular health, and my cholesterol. Since joining REGYMEN less than two months ago I have lost 25lbs, have tons more energy and my cholesterol has gone from 282 to 167!

Joining REGYMEN and Covery Wellness has been a transformative journey for me. In just under four months, I’ve lost almost 40 pounds and gained new muscle definition, thanks to incredible workout sessions with Steven and the boost of confidence that got me into classes, which I now love. I truly feel like I have an amazing team supporting my success every step of the way!
