I had a particularly bad leg injury at the beginning of 2023. This injury left me unable to walk for four months-non weight bearing and in a wheelchair or hopping with a walker. I did PT for months after but realized that I needed to really take control of my health. I also knew that I needed to be held accountable for my workouts which meant hiring a trainer. I started working with Sarah as my personal trainer in August of 2023 and she has changed my life. Sarah makes sure that my technique is correct and helps me avoid injuries. She encourages me and keeps me on track. She is friendly, fun and encouraging but also knows just how to push you and get the best out of you! I have lost a considerable amount of weight while building muscle and haven’t felt this good in years! I am forever grateful to Sarah and look forward to the future knowing that Sarah will be helping me continue my quest for good health. I know I couldn’t be in better hands.

When I first joined REGYMEN I was very nervous. I hadn’t been to a real gym in a very long time. A gym was and has always been my worst nightmare as someone with really bad body image issues and anxiety. Being at REGYMEN has brought me comfort, although I do have my moments of anxiety. I always look forward to my workouts because of the coaches. The coaches are extremely nice but most of all they are full of ample knowledge and they encourage you to do and be your best. I have a terrible relationship with food and the most recent challenge has eased my worry of food. REGYMEN has changed my life.

We have only been at REGYMEN for a short while but we have already developed a sense of community and really have enjoyed working with all the coaches. Plus it makes working out fun again and something we look forward to every week. We hope to continue this wellness journey and are excited to see where our goals take us!

When I found REGYMEN I was in a low place. I was completely out of shape, battling with low self esteem and quite honestly I was scared. Scared that I wouldn’t be able to stick with the program. I was so unsure of myself that I was paying the extra $ to do month to month because I just knew I was going to give up as soon as it got uncomfortable or “inconvenient”. However, the more I went to the gym the less uncomfortable and inconvenient it became. I consider REGYMEN my family now. It’s a super clean, positive and fun environment with classes that change up everyday to keep your body guessing. An ABSOLUTELY AMAZING staff, who are so knowledgeable and there for you every step of your journey. To be honest I don’t know if I would have made it as far as I have without the help of these people! The staff at REGYMEN go above and beyond and I am just so grateful that I found them. Thank you guys so much!!!

My biggest achievement since joining REGYMEN is that I’m stronger, sleeping better, and feel better than I have in a long time! I love that’s there’s so many options for classes and times so there’s always a way to get my workout in! Everyone working here is so welcoming and friendly which makes you feel right at home. It’s an amazing community at REGYMEN! Definitely the best gym I’ve ever been to!

For most of my life, I’ve enjoyed weightlifting and could usually be found at the YMCA solo strength training and doing absolutely no cardio. When my husband and I moved from Foley, AL earlier this year, I needed to find a new gym home but found it tough getting motivated to seek out a new community. A friend from work mentioned how much she loved REGYMEN and brought me along for my first Burn class (Monday at 5am!). I equally loved and hated it – it was so hard. After talking to Will, I decided to sign up for a 3 month summer membership with the thought that I would get back into a routine and then resume lifting on my own at another gym. Much to my surprise, I found myself totally addicted to the workouts, the people, and the feeling you get each time you leave class – I couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else. I’m so grateful for the staff and those around me who challenge me to work harder class after class (whether they realize it or not). Now you can find me converting all of my lifting friends to the REGYMEN way. It’s truly the best!

Working out at REGYMEN has really been life altering since I started early August. I work outside and I found the summer becoming harder and more brutal than ever. For a while I knew I had to make a change. I finally just decided to go for it after being recommended by a friend. Immediately I noticed the community and people were genuine and friendly, which is by far my favorite thing about this gym. I love how the workouts are designed, from station variety to the coaching involved. I never was a big fan of isolated workouts because that personally didn’t benefit me in my every day life. At REGYMEN they really focus on compound movements, things that are benefiting your mobility, power, explosiveness and strength. It definitely breaks you out of the mundane cycle. I feel better than ever down 30lbs in 5 months while simultaneously putting on muscle. A lot of credit to the current results stem not just from working out but also the knowledge and understanding that they offer in the macro classes. The issues in my foot and lower back that were existent before I came have eventually become nonexistent. Movement really is medicine. Big thanks to all the coaches, staff and REGYMEN fam who make it enjoyable to show up each day! Excited to see what a whole year of hard work and consistency can bring!

REGYMEN has hands down been one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Pensacola. Physically and mentally I have become the strongest I’ve ever been. The workouts are challenging, yet made incredibly fun by all the coaches. There’s no better atmosphere or vibe to grind out a killer workout. There’s not a single day I have walked through the doors and regretted having come. I leave every workout in a better mood than when I walked in. I can’t say enough about the coaches and people who work there. They have truly become my fitness family.
