Working out at REGYMEN has really been life altering since I started early August. I work outside and I found the summer becoming harder and more brutal than ever. For a while I knew I had to make a change. I finally just decided to go for it after being recommended by a friend. Immediately I noticed the community and people were genuine and friendly, which is by far my favorite thing about this gym. I love how the workouts are designed, from station variety to the coaching involved. I never was a big fan of isolated workouts because that personally didn’t benefit me in my every day life. At REGYMEN they really focus on compound movements, things that are benefiting your mobility, power, explosiveness and strength. It definitely breaks you out of the mundane cycle. I feel better than ever down 30lbs in 5 months while simultaneously putting on muscle. A lot of credit to the current results stem not just from working out but also the knowledge and understanding that they offer in the macro classes. The issues in my foot and lower back that were existent before I came have eventually become nonexistent. Movement really is medicine. Big thanks to all the coaches, staff and REGYMEN fam who make it enjoyable to show up each day! Excited to see what a whole year of hard work and consistency can bring!
