GENERAL COUNCEL | BOARD MEMBER

Thomas E. O’Keefe brings 27 years of leadership and legal advisory experience in franchising to the REGYMEN team. He is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. as well as the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. based in Heathrow, Florida.

Thomas has worked with REGYMEN since late 2017 and shares his broad expertise in franchise operations and legal compliance. Prior to entering the private practice of law and business consulting, he worked with notable fitness franchises, including Anytime Fitness, LLC.

His personal hobbies include sports and spending time with the family. He is happily married with three adult children.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Capitalizing on nearly two decades in the health and fitness industry, Edward Navan is REGYMEN’s co-founder and the heart of the company’s progressive, engaging platform. His extensive experience as a club owner and operator, personal trainer, sales representative, and consultant have afforded him a deep bank of knowledge related to studio design, lease negotiations, and personnel recruitment and training.

In the series of ups and downs that come with growing an idea into a true concept, Edward has become an advocate of fostering company culture, especially one that places great value on employees, members, and feedback. He is fortunate to have learned that attention to the smallest of details allows for delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

In addition to broad real-world experience he earned his degree in exercise physiology and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and anything that involves good food!

CO-FOUNDER & VP OF CONSTRUCTION & LOGISTICS

Eric T. Archer’s experience in health and fitness club management dates back to 1992 when he co-founded Spectrum Fitness, Inc. Under his direction, the Spectrum brand was named one of the “Top 100 Health Clubs” by Club Industry Magazine four years in a row.

Since 1995, Eric has co-owned and been an employee of F&M, a management company specializing in the operation and management of health and fitness clubs. He supports REGYMEN with the day to day logistics, as well as site buildout, construction, and design.

Eric is most proud of his accomplishments outside of his career. His community involvement includes nine years of service as a board member on the American Heart Association’s logistics team. He also heads charity fundraising that donates sports equipment to local schools, focuses on childhood obesity issues, and offers outdoor outreach programs for kids at risk. Together, he and Donnie Jarreau founded the Everybody Plays Sports Foundation in 2007.

Eric loves to spend time enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends. You can frequently find him running trail races with his 13-year-old son. He describes himself as a 49-year-old kid that refuses to grow up.

For over 30 years, Larry's education and passion have driven him to all facets of the fitness industry, both locally as a GM/CFO of 4 of the largest multipurpose health clubs in the Greater New Orleans area and Internationally as a Board member and Treasurer of IHRSA, the fitness industry's largest trade association in the world. For 13 years as the founding Operator (GM) of Stone Creek Club and Spa in Covington, LA, Larry led his Team, building a well-organized club. Accolades include winning Best awards (Best Health Club, Best Tennis, Best Day Spa) each year from readers' polls from both Sophisticated Woman Magazine and The Edge. Other honors include The Chamber's Business of the Year Award in 2018, Top Workplace 2020 in the Greater New Orleans area (#1 Midsize company), and a listing in Club Industry's Top 100 Clubs. Larry prides himself in operating a club in a real "Team" fashion and always by Doing Things for the Right Reasons. 

Larry enjoys traveling and speaking/networking/learning at different industry events, being a member of the REX Roundtables for the last 11 years, and spending time camping and just "getting together" with his family.

Director of Coaches Training and Development

Scott Russell brings diverse experience as a personal fitness trainer to his role as the Regional Coach of Corporate Studios. Before moving to Louisiana to join REGYMEN, Scott was a recognized certified trainer and workout coach in Chicago, IL and Charleston, SC where he coached thousands of HIIT workouts. He holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology as well as certifications in personal training, nutrition, and functional movement.

In his free time, once he’s finished his own fitness training, there’s nowhere he’d rather be than on the water. Fishing, surfing, swimming, and laid-back beach days are Scott’s favorite choices pass times. He adores his 3-year-old mixed shepherd, who loves to wrestle!

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

Drawing on her management experience in boutique studios producing $1 million+ in yearly revenue, Tatum Crews works directly with franchisees to help them become successful leaders in their community. She is passionately committed to continued professional development both in the service excellence and leaderships spheres. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and is a Dale Carnegie graduate.

Not only is fitness a huge part of her life professionally, Tatum also stays extremely active in her personal life. She is an avid fitness competitor, weight lifter, and runner. She loves to travel and spend her free time with her daughter, Nova.

Leah Seacrest experienced her first group fitness class at age 16 and now has more than 25 years of experience teaching fitness, managing group fitness programming, and directing wellness programs.

Dubbed a “certification junkie,” Leah holds certifications in a wide variety of exercise formats, including yoga, kickboxing, Les Mills programs, and the Stott Pilates® Intensive Reformer Program. She is a certified TRX Rip Training® instructor, certified World Paddle Association (WPA) Class II instructor, certified Level 3 PaddleFit instructor, and has earned her Performance Enhancement Specialist credential through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Originally from Georgia, she has embraced the Florida lifestyle, sunshine, and salt water. When not teaching or at the gym, Leah loves to paddleboard and spend time with her husband, Bill, and their three energetic children. Given the chance, she’ll eat her weight in sushi.

Manager of Programming and Education

Quinton Gray grew up in Anderson, South Carolina. Upon graduating high school, he moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to attend Coastal Carolina University. In 2013, he started personal training and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He then moved to Miami, Florida where he attended the University of Miami to further his education. Quinton graduated with a Master of Science in education and Strength and Conditioning with a concentration in Nutrition. Quinton started his career with REGYMEN in 2017 working at the first REGYMEN Fitness location that opened in Niceville, Florida. Throughout his time working with REGYMEN, Quinton has coached over 2,000 workouts. In his spare time, he enjoys feasting at his favorite restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings with his lovely wife, Alissa Gray. He also enjoys utilizing his spare time to perfect his boxing skills and continuing his fitness education.

Manager of Sales Operations

Alissa Gray has always been competitive, quick to push herself and even quicker to encourage those around her to be their best selves. Her passion for fitness really began to grow during her time at Coastal Carolina University. After graduation, she continued to motivate those around her by coordinating transformations in her community. Alissa was one of the founding members of our first licensed location, REGYMEN Fitness Niceville, where she fell in love with the program. In November of 2018, Alissa decided to join the REGYMEN Fitness Family in a professional capacity as Team Director of REGYMEN Fitness Ascension. Since then, she has continued to grow her career by leading the corporate locations as Regional Director of Sales and Operations. Alissa’s most recent position has come with the title of Manager of Sales Operations.

Outside of work, Alissa enjoys spending time at the dog park with her husband, Quinton, and their two small dogs, King and Frankie. However, what she loves most is to travel to Destin, Florida where she gets to spend time with her family, especially her two nephews, Easton and Everett.
