Hey REGYMEN fam! My name is Shelley Harris and I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. I grew up playing travel softball and even played a little college ball for a couple years. I moved to Georgia in 2021 and shortly after, I began my journey in the fitness industry. I started instructing spin workouts and absolutely fell in love with group fitness. The community that group fitness blessed me with has completely changed my life! A fun fact about me is that I am newly married! My husband and I both serve in High School Ministry on Sunday nights. I’m so excited to be a part of the REGYMEN team and to help all of our members become the absolute best version of themselves
