Tyson and Tommy by far have been the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure of having. A great workout is one thing, people-centric trainers to the mix 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Both Tommy and Tyson, take their time getting to know each of their clients on a fitness and individual level. I have seen both of them take time with new clients, beginners, offering modifications of exercises and giving positive encouragement to those in the mid to advance levels of training. I appreciate the variety of classes and times. I am able to take my lunch break and get a phenomenal workout mid-day.
